Authorities in Argentina are investigating a suspected case of intrafamilial sexual abuse after a message written on the bathroom wall of a school in San Juan said: “I’m pregnant, help, I’m only 10 years old.” The message also identified the girl’s uncle as the alleged perpetrator.
Provincial Education Minister Silvia Fuentes confirmed that authorities identified the girl and that school support teams and the relevant authorities are now involved in the case.
The inscription was later erased, but its existence was documented through photographs and testimonies, allowing investigators to proceed with the case.
