U.S. influencer Ash Trevino, 37, reportedly had relationships with between 50 and 75 inmates in Texas, according to court documents cited by TMZ.
Prosecutors said some of the inmates were serving sentences for violent crimes, including aggravated robbery and murder. Trevino was also accused of seeking monetary contributions on TikTok and participating in sexually explicit videos and livestreams.
She was arrested in December 2025 and later detained again in March 2026. Trevino faced welfare fraud and healthcare fraud charges, but avoided prison after pleading guilty last week.
As part of her sentence, she will serve two years under community supervision, complete 120 hours of community service, take an anti-theft course, receive financial counseling and pay nearly $16,800 to the state.
