According to that version, Franco is in optimal physical condition and maintains the desire to wear the national uniform in the regional event, which will be held from July 24 to August 8 in Santo Domingo.

The information emerges amidst the expectation generated by a possible call-up of the player, although so far there is no official announcement from the Dominican Baseball Federation (FEDOBE) or the organizing committee confirming his inclusion in the Dominican team.

Franco remains away from Major League Baseball as the process regarding his legal situation continues, so any participation in official competitions will depend on the decisions of sports authorities and the corresponding bodies.

For now, the possible presence of the talented shortstop on the Dominican national team remains a subject of anticipation, as the national squad continues preparing its roster to face the regional tournament in search of a new medal for the country.
