AEI announces its seventh international real estate congress on August 5th in SD

Santo Domingo.— The Association of Real Estate Agents and Companies (AEI) announced the celebration of its seventh international congress, the main meeting of the Dominican real estate sector, to be held on Wednesday, August 5, at the Catalonia Hotel in Santo Domingo.

The event will bring together professionals, entrepreneurs, developers, investors, and national and international experts to analyze the challenges, trends, and opportunities that will define the future of the industry. The day will include keynote speeches, specialized talks, and networking spaces aimed at strengthening the sector’s competitiveness.

The agenda titled ‘Real Estate Evolution 2026’ will address highly relevant topics regarding digital transformation, artificial intelligence applied to the real estate market, investment trends, sustainability in development projects, and new commercial strategies at a global level.

“Technological evolution is impacting all economic sectors. Our goal is to bring together those who wish to understand these changes, adapt, and turn them into growth opportunities for their companies and professional careers,” stated Alberto Bogaert, president of the AEI.
