According to preliminary investigations, the main suspect (a 33-year-old man) would have used deceit and seduction to move the victim and her cousin to his residence, where the abuse allegedly occurred. The report indicates that:- Victim’s condition: The minor, with initials M.P.J., is hospitalized at the Dr. Jaime Mota Regional University Hospital due to physical complications resulting from the assault.
