Santo Domingo.- The urban artist Toxic Crow used his social media to offer his version regarding a Prosecutor’s Office operation that took place on May 8, 2025, at one of his businesses, and concerning the accusation against him for the alleged illicit theft of electrical energy valued at over RD$1.6 million.
n” “nAccording to information from the Public Ministry, the Adjunct Attorney General for the Electrical System (PGASE) filed with the Instruction Court of Santo Domingo East the formal accusation and the request for the opening of a trial against a company and four individuals for the case.
n” “nIn the video, Toxic Crow recounted that on May 8, 2025, a large-scale operation by the Prosecutor’s Office took place at his premises.
n” “n“They came at me with more than seven little cars from the Prosecutor’s Office (…) They were at the business for 12 hours checking everything,” he declared. According to him, the procedure was led by magistrate Marta Florentino.

The artist explained that the intervention was due to the establishment’s electricity meter, which he claimed was not in his name.
