The Public Ministry’s investigation, led by prosecutor Esther Sánchez, coordinator of the Capotillo Community Prosecutor’s Office, establishes that, at the time of the event, the victim Ariel Mueses José and officer Miguel Alfredo Jean were monitoring drivers who had run a red light.
The defendant slowed down his Kia Sorento vehicle, brown in color, license plate G332392, and subsequently accelerated intentionally, running over the victim and fleeing the scene. The event was recorded on a nearby security camera.
