Army intercepts 14 undocumented Haitians in Calimete, Montecristi

Montecristi.- During an operation carried out on an informal road called Rosa la Piedra, between pyramids 191 and 193, members of the Dominican Republic Army, intercepted fourteen (14) undocumented Haitian nationals. Foreigners in an irregular migratory condition were traveling aboard five CG brand motorcycles, white, Haojin, red, Haojin, red, Haojin, red and Loncin, red, when they were intercepted by an ERD patrol from the Calimete Checkpoint.

The foreigners were transferred to the La Estrelleta Fortress, ERD, while the motorcycles remain in custody at the Calimete Checkpoint, for the corresponding legal purposes.
