According to prosecutor Roxanna Molano, from the Department of Investigation of Crimes and Offenses against Property (Robbery), one of the events occurred on August 12, 2025, at 6:33 a.m., when the victims, two women, were intercepted by a gray Hyundai Elantra vehicle driven by Ronny Mora, accompanied by Alexander Pérez Castillo and Ángel José Reyes Vélez, who was carrying a firearm, stripping them of an iPhone charger and a Samsung A23 cell phone.
