Santo Domingo.– The artist and influencer Pamela Sandoval (Shuupamela) spoke out through her social media regarding the controversy generated by the filming of the music video “Chupamela”, in which she would participate with La Menor Queen, and which was recorded at the Lilliam Portalatín Sosa School, located in the Invivienda sector of Santo Domingo Este.

The artist also clarified that she had no participation in the selection of the location or in the organization of the filming.“As an artist, I simply showed up on the day of filming and followed the instructions of the director and the production team, as is usual in these cases,” the interpreter pointed out on her Instagram account.
Pamela Sandoval concluded the statement by stating that she is available to the Dominican authorities to collaborate with any investigation related to the case.“This is a very sensitive issue and that is why, after seeing the reaction of the public, I decided to delete the video,” he added, highlighting that his intention was not to disrespect the Dominican public or the education system.
With this statement, the artist sought to clarify the facts and emphasize that her participation was limited to fulfilling her artistic work under the instructions of the production team.
This morning, the spokesperson for the National Police, Diego Pesqueira, described it as “inappropriate”, and explained that the personnel accompanying the artists entered the premises dressed appropriately, but once inside they changed clothes and carried out the recording. He added that the porter was informed that they had a supposed permit, which was denied by the educational authorities.
