Kranwinkel, Marte, Ugarte and Santana, form the Barias transmission chain for TBS District 2025
SANTO DOMINGO.-The veteran sports commentator, Ernesto Kranwinkel, will lead the broadcast chain of the Doctor Rafael Barias Club in the 49th edition of the Superior Men’s Basketball Tournament of the National District (TBS Distrito 2025), which has a special dedication to the immortal of Dominican sports and former national team player, Evaristo Pérez.
The Rafael Barias Club reported that along with the experienced Kranwinkel, Diego Marte will be on the staff of the team from the capital sector of Villa Consuelo, as the commercial voice; Hecmary Ugarte, in the interviews and Pablo Luis Santana, as Director of Communications and commentator.
In social media, editing, and graphic arts, once again the Bariano club, winner of four championships in the district basketball (2009, 2013, 2017, and 2019), bets on the talent of young Israel Martínez and Gerald McGrady De La Cruz.
Owner of an unmistakable and electrifying voice, Kranwinkel, who has popularized phrases like “Con la mica”, “Grandeeeee”, among others, has vast experience as a narrator participating in NBA basketball broadcasts, district basketball, autumn-winter baseball and Major League Baseball, both in the country and from abroad.
Marte is listed as one of the best commercial voices in the country in the sports field and has been performing those functions for more than two decades in the capital’s contest, which begins next Saturday, September 20th in New Jersey, United States, with a match between the clubs Mauricio Báez and Bameso, current champions and runners-up, respectively.
Santana has been in Dominican Basketball League (LIDOBA), National Basketball League (LNB) broadcasts for over 15 years; in the district superior tournament, both in the men’s and women’s divisions; Copa José-Boyón-Domínguez, among other well-known events of the hoop and the ball.
Ugarte is a well-known female figure who participates in the country’s main sporting events, such as the Dominican Autumn-Winter Baseball Tournament (Toros del Este), the Dominican Football League and the LNB, with the Leones de Santo Domingo, conducting halftime and post-game interviews.
“Villacon” debuts at 7:00 p.m. next Sunday, September 21st of this month against the San Carlos club, as a visitor in the third match of a day of three games, which will be held at the Ricardo Gioriber Arias Volleyball Palace, official headquarters of the TBS Distrital 2025.
The TBS Distrito 2025 games will be broadcast on Tele Unión, channel 12; Mega Visión, channel 2 and on the channel of the Asociación de Baloncesto Superior masculino del Distrito Nacional (ABADINA) on YouTube, Abadina Oficial.
