A two-month-old baby died yesterday, Sunday, in Gaza City due to the cold and amidst the incessant rains affecting the Palestinian Strip, reported this Monday the Gazan Ministry of Health, which raises to three the number of babies who have died from hypothermia since the rainy season began two weeks ago.
In a statement, the Ministry of Health reported that between Saturday and Sunday, a man also died as a result of the collapse of a building, bringing the number of victims from collapses caused by the rains to 17.

The baby died in the Saraya field hospital in Gaza City due to hypothermia, Zaher al Waheidi, director of the unit in charge of counting fatalities at the Ministry of Health, told EFE.
