Los Alcarrizos.– Residents and merchants of the Los Americanos sector report the obstruction of several sewers on Central Street, a situation that has caused the accumulation of sewage on the public road.
The pollution hinders pedestrian traffic and affects several businesses in the area. Those affected claim that they have requested the intervention of the CAASD, but so far they have not received a response.
They also point out that they have gone to the Municipal City Hall of Los Alcarrizos, where, as they explain, they were told that the solution to the problem does not fall under the jurisdiction of the city council.
Residents add that, on one occasion, they tried to resolve the situation on their own, but they claim that City Council inspectors intervened and prevented the work from continuing.
