Santo Domingo.- The Minister of Public Health, Víctor Atallah, shared a moving message on his social media after learning of the birth of his first grandson, an event that, according to him, has filled his heart with joy and hope. “As a cardiologist, I have seen thousands of hearts in echocardiograms, each with its unique story and I value them all in their moment. Atallah added that this special moment has led him to feel a renewed vitality and gratitude.

“My heart beats more beautifully and healthily today, joy is health and well-being,” wrote the minister.
