Santiago.– The iconic female merengue group, Las Chicas del Can, announced the celebration of their show “El Reencuentro”, scheduled for Saturday, November 15th at 8:30 pm at the Gran Arena del Cibao, in Santiago.
The show will bring together three generations of the group —Las Pioneras, Las Monumentales and Las Espectaculares— and will feature luxury guests such as Adalgisa Pantaleón and Fefita La Grande. The executive production is in charge of Tueska, while the musical direction is led by maestro Henry Jiménez and the choreography by Rosene Jerez.
Awarded the Soberano award as “Show of the Year”, this reunion is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated artistic events of 2025. Tickets are now available at Todo Tickets and Plaza Lama in Santiago.
Beyond the concert, the staging is a tribute to women in merengue and Dominican cultural identity, consolidating the group’s legacy as a world reference in the genre.
