Minister Andrés Bautista swears in Carlos Alessandry Roa Howley as executive director of the San Juan Plan

Santo Domingo.– The Administrative Minister of the Presidency, Andrés Bautista, swore in this Wednesday Carlos Alessandry Roa Howley as executive director for the Economic Development of the province of San Juan, an initiative called San Juan Plan.  During a brief swearing-in ceremony in his office, Bautista highlighted the trust placed in Roa Howley to assume his new attributions in favor of the development of the province of San Juan and the Southern region. “I wish you the greatest success and we know that you will make every effort with transparency and efficiency for the benefit of San Juan and the entire region,” he expressed. For her part, Roa Howley pledged to work from the Commission’s Directorate in favor of actions aimed at the economic and social integral development of the residents of San Juan, its communities and surrounding areas.

The designation was made through Decree number 285-26, issued by President Luis Abinader.

About the commission 

The Executive Directorate of the San Juan Plan Commission will be responsible for carrying out the technical coordinations necessary for the approved projects to be executed within the established schedule.  In addition, he/she will be in charge of the administration of the funds allocated for the execution of the approved actions and activities, as well as the coordination in the formulation of policies derived from the San Juan Plan, including the definition and execution of initiatives, programs and projects necessary to achieve the expected results.
