Santo Domingo.- President Luis Abinader delivered 140 apartments and RD$ 6,940,000.00 million pesos in Bono Mujer, in the Lolita II housing project, in Hato Nuevo de Manoguayo, within the framework of the National Housing Plan Familias Feliz, attached to the Ministry of Housing and Buildings.
The almost RD$7 million pesos were distributed in 30 Bono Mujer to equal mothers and heads of households, while the total investment in the Lolita II Project amounts to RD$369,040,000, of which RD$247,800,000 correspond to private investment and RD$121,240,000 to the subsidized contribution of the State.
The Lolita II Residential Project has 340 apartments, distributed in units of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, benefiting a total of 1,360 people, and each unit includes a kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony, laundry area and access to a play area, as well as parks with seating, parking for vehicles (one per unit), and spaces for motorcycles and visits.
