Motorcyclist dies after colliding with garbage truck in Cotuí

COTUÍ, Sánchez Ramírez. – A man lost his life this Sunday morning when his motorcycle collided with a garbage collection truck on María Trinidad Sánchez street, in the municipality of Cotuí. The victim was identified as Roberto Gutiérrez, 23 years old, known as “El Pocho”, who died instantly due to the severity of the crash.

According to preliminary reports, the accident occurred when Gutiérrez collided with the rear of the garbage truck, which was parked on the public road in the town. Local authorities arrived at the scene to coordinate the removal of the body and regulate traffic, while the exact circumstances that caused the tragic incident are being investigated.
