Santo Domingo.– Agents of the National Police, attached to the Investigation Section (DICRIM) of Hainamosa, arrested three men identified as the alleged perpetrators of participating in several robberies committed in residences in the El Perla Antillana sector, where the victims were threatened with firearms and stripped of money, jewelry, and electronic equipment.
The detainees were identified as Richie Moreno Pimentel Chael, alias “Chael”, 23 years old; Fredery Yandel de la Cruz, known as “Fre” and/or “Restro”; and Fredery de los Santos, alias “King”, 29 years old.
According to the police report, the arrests took place during a preventive operation carried out in the El Tamarindo sector, after the suspects attempted to escape upon noticing the presence of the officers. Following a pursuit, they were intercepted on 24th Street in that community.

The investigations began following complaints filed by two women, who reported that several armed individuals broke into their homes during the early hours of last March 18th.
According to reports, the assailants held the victims and their family members at gunpoint and gagged them before stealing cash, dollars, gold jewelry, cell phones, a laptop, and other valuable belongings.
The Police reported that the detainees were subject to arrest warrant No. RAJ-2026-05400, issued by the competent judicial authorities for their alleged participation in the investigated events.
The institution also indicated that investigations are continuing to identify, locate, and capture other possible individuals involved in the case.
The detainees will be placed at the disposal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding legal purposes.
