MIAMI. – In a night filled with music, culture, and international projection, the producer and media mogul Santiago Matías, known as Alofoke, celebrated this Monday in the city of Miami the signing of a historic alliance with Sony Music Central America and the Caribbean (CAC), an agreement that marks the beginning of a new stage for his label Alofoke Music and for the global positioning of Latin urban music.The event was an exclusive party with limited access to 100 special guests, including personalities such as Magic Juan, Maffio, Jessy Terrero Tokischa, Kiko El Crazy, El Sherry Scom, Henry Santos, Víctor Roque, Amara la Negra, Leila Cobo (Billboard), former ambassador Robin Bernstein, and other executives, artists, and key figures in Latin entertainment.
The celebration coincided with the official announcement of the strategic alliance through which Sony Music CAC will be the exclusive distributor of all upcoming releases from Alofoke Music, in addition to acquiring a large part of its musical catalog of more than 700 songs, including viral hits such as “Qué Linda”, “Con Sonido” and “Baje con Trenza”.
The alliance also contemplates strategic collaborations with global distribution potential under a shared rights model. The first two releases are already in development, with release dates to be announced soon.
