Dominican soprano Stephany Ortega shines at the coronation of the Grand Duke of Luxembourg, proudly representing the Dominican Republic and the Latin community. The outstanding Dominican soprano residing in Luxembourg, Stephany Ortega, filled Dominicans with pride by participating in the coronation gala of the new Grand Duke of Luxembourg, Guillaume Jean Joseph Marie, known in Spanish as Guillermo Juan José María.
“Singing for the new Grand Duke of Luxembourg! Thank you all for your support. I feel very happy and proud to have represented all Latinos in this magnificent event,” the soprano expressed emotionally on her social media.

During the coronation ceremony, Stephany performed the famous aria “Nessun Dorma”, from the opera “Turandot”, by the Italian composer Giacomo Puccini. With her participation, the Dominican woman not only filled the Dominican Republic with pride, but also the entire Latin community in the world, being the only Latin artist and lyrical singer invited to be part of this important ceremony, in which the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess Stephanie ascended the throne.
