Los Angeles (USA).- The
Grammy Awards return this Sunday in a gala that will measure the musical impact of
Bad Bunny,
Lady Gaga and
Kendrick Lamar, who arrive at this edition with the possibility of breaking historical records of awards and consolidating their hegemony in the industry.
The ceremony will take place at the Crypto.com Arena, located in the heart of Los Angeles, and will be broadcast on CBS and Paramount+ in the US starting at 5:00 PM local time (1:00 AM GMT on Monday).
The
comedian Trevor Noah will host the gala for the last time, closing a cycle of several years as master of ceremonies of the most important music event, which will feature performances by Lady Gaga herself, as well as Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars or Sabrina Carpenter.
The
68th edition of these awards is marked by the scale of power led by the three favorites: on the one hand, Californian rapper Kendrick Lamar leads the list with a total of nine nominations, including the queen categories, for his album ‘GNX’.
Following her is
Lady Gaga with seven nominations, marking her triumphant return to the “dark era” with her project ‘Mayhem’.
Meanwhile, Puerto Rican Bad Bunny accumulates six nominations and makes history, being the first artist to compete in the three main categories of the Grammys (Album, Song and Record of the Year) with a project entirely in Spanish, for ‘Debí Tirar Más Fotos’.

The Hispanic representation will also come from the hand of the Colombian Karol G, confirmed as one of the presenters of the gala along with figures like Harry Styles or Charli XCX.
In addition, the Spaniard Alejandro Sanz is nominated for Best Latin Pop Album, and the Mexicans Natalia Lafourcade, Carín León and Grupo Frontera in the regional categories.
