Both pitchers became free agents on February 15th, under the labor agreement between the National Federation of Professional Baseball Players (FENAPEPRO) and the aforementioned league, with the restriction that for a month they could only agree with the Estrellas, and then (from March 15th) with all teams (6). The left-handed Franzuá has four seasons as a pitcher for the Estrellas under his belt, in which he has a record of 6-2 (in games won and lost), in 47 games and 39.2 innings pitched, with an earned run average of 2.95. Last season he pitched in 8 games and 5.0 innings. He had no decision. He faced 25 batters. His first campaign as a pitcher for the Stars was the 2019-2020 Vizcaíno also debuted with the Estrellas, and in the league, in that season. He has 6 seasons with the club, with a record of 3-3, 3.68 and a saved game in 79 games, 16 of them in the past tournament, in which he had records of 1-1, 3.29, in 13.2 innings, in which he faced 53 batters. Both Franzuá and Vizcaíno are middle relievers. Franzua is frequently used against left-handed batters.Those two are the first restricted free agent players of the club who agree to stay with the Stars this year.
