The FIBA Disciplinary Panel, applying the General Competition Regulations, determined the following measures:Sanctions for Dominican Republic
- David Jones: suspended for two official FIBA games.
- Juan Guerrero: suspended for one official FIBA game.
- Juan Suero: suspended for one official FIBA game.
- Ángel Delgado: suspended for one official FIBA game, with a probationary period of three years.
- If he commits a similar offense during this period, he will receive an automatic additional suspension, in addition to any corresponding sanction.
- Financial fine of 20,000 Swiss francs to the Dominican Basketball Federation (FEDOMBAL), of which 10,000 are suspended for a probationary period of three years.
- Gonzalo Bressan: suspended for two official FIBA games.
- Francisco Cáffaro: suspended for one official FIBA game.
- Juan Vaulet: suspended for one official FIBA game.
- Financial fine of 2,000 Swiss francs to coach Pablo Prigioni.
- Financial fine of 20,000 Swiss francs to the Argentine Basketball Federation, of which 10,000 are suspended during a three-year probationary period.
