According to what was explained, important projects of regional impact have been developed in the province, including hydraulic works, irrigation systems, improvements in the supply of drinking water, rehabilitation of canals, construction of road infrastructure and the commissioning of hydroelectric power plants.
Advances in health and education
In the health sector, the legislator highlighted the construction and renovation of hospitals, primary care units, specialized centers and the provision of medical equipment, actions that “have strengthened the response capacity of the health system in the province”.

In educational matters, the expansion of the academic offer was pointed out through the construction of new schools, high schools, additional classrooms and the strengthening of higher education, which has contributed to improving access and the quality of teaching in urban and rural communities.
The deputy also mentioned the execution of housing projects, housing reconstruction programs, land titling processes, and the strengthening of social protection initiatives, including economic dining halls, early childhood care centers, and assistance programs for vulnerable families.
Likewise, he highlighted the support provided to the productive sectors through agricultural financing, technical support, and programs to promote small and medium-sized producers.
Municipal development and connectivity
Regarding institutional strengthening, Pérez indicated that investments have been made in citizen security, electrification, street asphalting, bridge construction, sports facilities, parks, and public buildings, in addition to the decentralization of governmental services in different municipalities and municipal districts.
The legislator maintained that she will continue to support initiatives that promote the sustainable development of the province.
