Neyba. — The surrender of Joaquín Emilio Labour Santana to the authorities has generated great expectation in the community, after he was implicated in the investigation into the murder of former police officer Javilson Peña Román, a case that has shocked the region.
According to reports, Labour Santana’s family contacted the communicator Gustavo Noticias with the aim of informing that the young man is in good health, thus seeking to dispel rumors and concerns about his physical well-being.

The delivery took place at the Central Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DICRIM), in the municipality of Neyba, under the supervision of Lieutenant Dotel, who is in charge of the investigations of the case. While the investigations continue, Joaquin Emilio’s family expressed their confidence in justice and in their relative’s innocence.
