Santo Domingo. – With an intimate and emotional presentation held at Ihanna Prestige Salon, the new drama series “La Fuerza de un Lazo” was presented to the media, family, and friends, a production written, starring, and directed by George González, who is also the author of the official musical theme.

The series, defined by its creator as “a message that transcends the screen,” carries the slogan “There are bonds that time cannot break,” a phrase that captures the essence of the project and the spirit that inspires it.

In his speech, González stated that this work arises from the deep desire to immortalize the love between a father and a daughter, highlighting that the story is built on personal experiences and moments that marked his life. In the series, he plays George, a strong, sensitive, and dedicated father, accompanied by the actress Amy, who embodies Amyland, a sweet, brave, and dreamy girl whose natural talent has won over the audience on social media.

The creator highlighted that Amy “is the emotional spark of the project, the innocent voice that remembers the essential.” The recording, which is still in development, has taken several months in various locations in Santo Domingo Este, portraying everyday spaces that provide realism and closeness to the narrative.

The series consists of 10 episodes and will be available on YouTube (@Amyland_oficial), Instagram and TikTok, betting on an accessible format that connects with families of all ages.

When discussing his expectations, González expressed that his greatest wish is for each viewer to understand that, although life presents difficulties, true bonds give strength to move forward.

He emphasized that this project not only seeks to entertain, but also to sow a message of unity, gratitude, and genuine love within homes. Regarding a second season, he explained that it is not contemplated at the moment, as they are working on vertical productions that allow them to show new facets of Amy’s talent, including emotions such as suspense, fear, and drama.

The producer also highlighted the way the Dominican Republic has welcomed him during the last eight years. He assured that the affection, respect, and support of the Dominican people have been decisive for his personal and professional development, and that this project represents, in part, a thank you to this land that motivated him to dream again.

The official premiere of “The Strength of a Bond” was on November 30th at 8:00 p.m., a date that González considered symbolic, as it marks the beginning of a stage in which more families will be able to reflect on the importance of cultivating the bonds that sustain them in their lives.
