O&M FC and Cibao FC will face each other in the semi-finals of the Caribbean Cup 2025

Santo Domingo.- The team from Universidad Dominicana O&M FC, will play their next Caribbean Cup 2025 match on Thursday, October 23, at 6:00 p.m., at the Félix Sánchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo. The match corresponds to the first leg of the semi-finals of the tournament, where they will face Cibao FC, in a duel between two pillars of Dominican football. Both clubs reach this instance after successfully overcoming the group stage of the Caribbean tournament. O&M FC achieved its historic qualification after defeating Central FC of Trinidad and Tobago and SV Robinhood of Suriname, results that allowed them to secure a place among the four best teams in the Caribbean. For its part, Cibao FC finished as the leader of its group, which gave it the pass to the semifinals as first. The series will be played in a home and away format, with the second match scheduled for October 30 in the city of Santiago de los Caballeros, at the Cibao FC stadium.

The goal for both teams is to advance to the grand final of the tournament and achieve the much-desired qualification for the Concacaf Champions Cup 2026, a competition that brings together the best clubs in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
