Planeta Alofoke gives RD$205,000 to 8-year-old girl diagnosed with leukemia

San Pedro de Macorís. — The reality show Planeta Alofoke made a donation of RD$205,000 pesos to the 8-year-old girl Briadna Nahomy Scroggins Brito, who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia with positive PH. The delivery was made by the head of missions, Melissa Gate, on behalf of Santiago Matías and the crew of the ship. The funds were raised in social missions carried out by the participants and were donated to support the minor’s medical treatments and personal needs. During the meeting, Melissa Gate thanked the people who made donations. “If you didn’t come to serve, you are not fit to live“, said the Colombian content creator.

The minor’s mother, Ana Brito, received the financial contribution and thanked for the support provided to her daughter, who since 2024 has been facing health complications related to her diagnosis. Currently, Briadna is receiving treatment with Ponatinib, a medication used in patients with specific hematological conditions.
