President of Ecuador: “The hour of reckoning is coming for all narco-Chavista criminals”

Quito.- “The hour of all narco-chavista criminals is coming“, assured this Saturday the president of Ecuador, Daniel Noboa, after learning of the announcement of his American counterpart, Donald Trump, about the capture of the Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro.

“The hour of all narco-chavista criminals is coming. Their structure will end up falling throughout the continent,” he indicated on his X social network account.

“To María Corina Machado and Edmundo González and the Venezuelan people: it’s time to recover your country. You have an ally in Ecuador“, concluded in his message Noboa, who did not recognize the Maduro government proclaimed in the last elections and who was last December in Oslo to accompany the opposition leader at the Nobel Peace Prize award ceremony.

Trump’s announcement stated that the United States carried out “a large-scale attack against Venezuela successfully” and indicated that “its leader, President Nicolás Maduro, has been, along with his wife, captured and taken out of the country by air.” Trump confirmed the attack a few hours after explosions and military aircraft overflights were reported in Caracas and other areas of the country.
