Santo Domingo. – The Superior Administrative Court (TSA) will hear tomorrow, at 9:00 a.m., the amparo appeal submitted by the journalist and presidential candidate of the Dominican College of Journalists (CDP), José Beato.
The members of the National Electoral Commission (CNE) of the CDP were summoned for the hearing: Quiterio Cedeño, Nurys Paulino, Elsa Bello, Raúl Hernández and Fidias Cueva.
The appearance will take place at the virtual TSA headquarters. At the end of the hearing, the plaintiff will offer statements to the press.
