Santo Domingo.- The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, issued Decree No. 134-26, through which he appoints General Juan Hilario Guzmán Badía, P.N., as the new rector of the Police Education Institute (IPE).

Before being appointed rector of the Police Education Institute (IPE) by Decree 134-26 by President Luis Abinader, he served as deputy director general of the National Police and central director of Police Transformation, a position from which he participated in initiatives aimed at the reform, professionalization and structural improvement of the institution.
