Santo Domingo.- The director of the Essential Medicines Program and Central Logistics Support (Promese/CAL), Rafael Adolfo Pérez, sent a letter of congratulations to the newspaper De Último Minuto on the occasion of the celebration of its 4th anniversary, consolidating itself as the fastest-growing medium in the history of Dominican digital communication.
