Minor abused in Los Tres Brazos faces health complications after the incident

Santo Domingo Este. — In addition to the emotional trauma from the sexual assault she suffered at the hands of five men, the abused minor in the Los Tres Brazos sector is now facing health complications. According to her mother, the girl is showing a strong allergic reaction on one of her hands, which has forced the medical authorities to give her constant monitoring.

“She has an appointment on the 23rd because her hand swelled up a lot. They gave her medication, but she can’t stop taking it because any carelessness can worsen her condition,” explained the mother with evident concern.

The woman added that the medical situation adds to the emotional pain that the family has been carrying since the rape occurred on August 23rd.

“I am not well, I cry a lot. I feel helpless because what they did to my daughter is not fair. And now I also have to see her suffer physically,” she expressed.

The minor’s father asked the authorities not only to act firmly in the judicial process, but also to guarantee the comprehensive care that his daughter needs.

“What I want is justice, but also for them to take care of her. She doesn’t deserve to be going through all this,” she pointed out.
