They capture inmate who escaped while receiving care at hospital in Monte Plata

Monte Plata.– The National Police captured in record time a prisoner who had escaped on Sunday night while receiving medical attention at the Ángel Contreras Hospital, in Monte Planta.

Sources confirmed that the inmate, whose name has not been revealed, belongs to the Monte Plata Correction and Rehabilitation Center (CCR).

The inmate was located and arrested in the community of Guanuma, thus guaranteeing citizen security and reaffirming the institution’s commitment to order and public tranquility. The National Police in Monte Plata assured that it will continue working constantly to provide timely responses to situations of this nature.
