Around 15 million dollars entered the country
Santo Domingo.- The concerts of the urban exponent Benito Antonio Martínez, known as Bad Bunny, generated the arrival of more than 14 thousand tourists to the Dominican Republic on November 21 and 22, affirmed on Sunday the Minister of Tourism, David Collado.
“We were able to see the impact it had on tourism where it was calculated and verified that
more than 14 thousand tourists traveled for that concert and about 15 million dollars came in, strengthening our currency as tourism always does in the Dominican economy,” Collado indicated.
The official spoke in these terms during his supervisory visit to the progress of the construction of the Plaza de Toros in El Seibo. He highlighted the impact that this work will have, which, in addition to hosting the traditional bullfights, will serve as a stage for cultural and artistic activities, thus strengthening the entertainment offer for residents and tourists
Following his 31-concert residency in Puerto Rico, the “Bad Bunny” chose Quisqueya as the starting point for his global tour of
