New York.- US President, Republican Donald Trump, said this Friday at a rally in Nassau County (New York) that under the administration of his predecessor, Democrat Joe Biden, the United States experienced a daily episode of massive illegal immigrant entry like the one that recently occurred in Ceuta.
“You saw it the other day in Spain, right? Now imagine: they let 65,000 people in. Remember: 25 million people, we were worse off. It was like that every day in our country, for months and months,” declared Trump, in reference to the undocumented immigrants he alleges were in the U.S. before his term.
Trump lashed out at the “open border” immigration policy, which he attributed to the entry of “many criminals,” criticized the then-border czar, former Vice President and former presidential candidate Kamala Harris, and emphasized that the government he now leads has “the authority to remove from the country the people who are here illegally.”

The president visited the Nassau County Police Academy and subsequently delivered a speech focused on the reduction of crime in the country under his leadership and, specifically, in this area of Long Island (east of the state of New York) which for years was plagued by the violence of gangs like MS-13.

He specifically offered his support there to Nassau County Executive, Republican Bruce Blakeman, who is running as the party’s candidate for governor of New York state against the current incumbent, Democrat Kathy Hochul, pointing to him as a defender of law and order and a representative of “common sense”.
