Doha.- The American president, Donald Trump, arrived this Wednesday in Doha on the second stop of his tour of the Middle East, after his visit to Saudi Arabia.
The president exited Air Force One and clenched his fist before descending the staircase. Once at the bottom, he was received on a red carpet by the Qatari emir, Tamin bin Hamad Al Thani, by the Qatari prime minister Mohamed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, as well as the head of the emir’s office, Abdullah bin Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi, and the United States ambassador to Qatar, Timmy Davis.
Trump has a busy schedule ahead of him until the evening in the Qatari capital, where he will meet with the leaders of the small Gulf country.

In Qatar, the U.S. president plans to accept a Boeing 747-800 as a gift from the Qatari royal family and use it as Air Force One, the official presidential aircraft, U.S. media indicated last Sunday.
