New York (EFE).- Japanese tennis player Naomi Osaka has just resold her mansion in Los Angeles for $7.95 million to Nick and Vanessa Lachey, the celebrity couple who had sold it to her just three years ago for $6.3 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

The name of the mansion is explained because the property was originally owned by Edgar Rice Burroughs, creator of the character Tarzan, and the Lacheys, presenters of a program in the Netflix series ‘Perfect Match’ (a program where the ideal partner for each candidate is sought) acquired it in 2020 for 5 million, before selling it to Osaka two years later. Osaka, who in 2024 returned to professional tennis with disappointing results, had dual Japanese and American nationality for a time – although born in Japan, she moved to the United States at only three years old – and ultimately chose Japanese nationality.
