Earlier, a White House official indicated that Trump has been receiving continuous updates and maintains close contact with officials in charge of monitoring the situation. “The entire administration is taking a comprehensive approach to respond as appropriate,” the spokesperson stated.
Although he usually travels south to spend weekends at his private club in Florida, Trump will remain in Washington, DC, for the duration of the storm.
