Santo Domingo. – On August 28th, in the most recent edition of the Dominicanísimo 2025 Awards, Red Bull athlete and global gaming reference, MenaRD, was distinguished with the Orgullo de la Dominicanidad award, recognizing his impact and trajectory as one of the most influential Dominicans in the sports and cultural fields.
Since conquering the Street Fighter V world championship in 2017, becoming the youngest player to achieve it, MenaRD has marked a before and after in the history of competitive gaming. Throughout his career he has accumulated titles in the most prestigious tournaments internationally, establishing himself as one of the most respected fighting game players of all time.
