Santo Domingo. – The Dominican Institute for Quality (INDOCAL) and the Dominican Association of Women Entrepreneurs (ADME) formalized a strategic agreement that marks a milestone for the strengthening of female leadership and business quality in the country.
Néstor Matos, general director, highlighted that the signing of this agreement with ADME represents a great honor and a commitment to the progress of the country.
He maintained that, as the official entity responsible for standardization, metrology, and conformity assessment, INDOCAL has the mission of ensuring that products, services, and processes developed in the Dominican Republic comply with national and international quality standards.

expresó Matos.
Michelle Ortiz, president of the Dominican Association of Women Entrepreneurs (ADME), defined the alliance as “a great step forward and a commitment to transform our companies to contribute to the country with well-being, sustainability, and quality products and services.”
“For ADME, this agreement reinforces the commitment of its partners to continuous improvement, innovation and competitiveness, consolidating its role as an engine of economic development,” he pointed out.

During the event, it was reported that the signing of the agreement will allow ADME partners to access the national quality infrastructure offered by INDOCAL, including: Technical standards, Quality certifications, Specialized training, and Metrology services
It was added that these tools are not simple regulatory requirements, but decisive factors in raising productivity, opening opportunities in increasingly demanding markets, and ensuring the trust of customers, partners, and consumers.
