Sports writing (EFE).- Former footballer Gerard Piqué, majority shareholder of FC Andorra and also head of the technical work team, has received a two-month suspension and a six-match ban following the incidents after the match between FC Andorra and Albacete Balompié, of LaLiga Hypermotion (Second Division), played last Friday.

This sanction was announced this Wednesday by the Disciplinary Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) after analyzing the annex of the minutes written by the Aragonese referee Alonso De Ena Wolf.
Same sanction for Jaume Nogués, sports director of FC Andorra
The same sanction as that imposed on Piqué, for minor violence against the referees, has also fallen on Jaume Nogués, general and sports director of FC Andorra, while the president, Ferran Vilaseca, has been disqualified for four months and Cristian Lanzarote, team delegate, has been punished with three matches.
In addition, the closure of the box area and VIP area of the Nou Estadi de la FAF de Encamp has been announced, where Gerard Piqué and Jaume Nogués usually sit to give instructions to the bench during the matches. And the club has been fined 1,500 euros.
These have not been the only sanctions since four members of the coaching staff have also received them. Carles Manso, the visible head from the bench of the coaching staff, has received a one-match suspension after receiving a direct red card in the 90th minute.

FC Andorra, in a statement after learning of the annex to the minutes, denied what happened and also assured that it would provide evidence.
It is not the first time that Gerard Piqué has been sanctioned. The club has already accumulated more than 40,000 euros this season in fines.
