The president of the ADA assured that this productive dynamism has allowed Dominican poultry farming to conquer international markets in the Caribbean and establish itself as a regional benchmark in egg exports, while strengthening food security and price stability in the country.“Last year, production was around 20 million 500 thousand chickens per month; today we are between 21 and 22 million 500 thousand units, which confirms the responsiveness of our producers,” he said.
“These numbers speak of the effort and vision of our producers, who have become true champions of poultry farming. The challenge now is to maintain and expand this growth, ensuring sustainability and competitiveness for the future”, concluded Concepción.
Technical Conference Let’s Protect Poultry Farming
Concepción explained that the technical conference seeks to strengthen the competitiveness and health sustainability of the poultry sector, reaffirming the Dominican Republic’s leadership in the production of animal protein.
