Doctor Hichez congratulates Santiago Matías for requesting Abinader to build a psychiatric hospital

Santo Domingo. – The psychiatrist Alexandra Hichez, ambassador of mental health in the country, congratulated the producer and businessman Santiago Matías for requesting the president of the Republic, Luis Abinader, the construction of a psychiatric hospital in the country and propose that he wants to go with her to the National Palace to present the proposal.
