Baní, Peravia. – Amidst the controversy generated by the facade of his establishment, the owner of
“Drink Sinaloa” came forward to address the criticisms and defended the legality of his business, scheduled to open this September 6th in the Santa Rosa neighborhood.
The entrepreneur explained that he has all the up-to-date permits, including the commercial name registration and the corresponding certifications from the authorities.
“I have everything in order, I paid my taxes and received my permits legally. I didn’t falsify anything, everything is documented,” he declared.

Regarding the controversy over the images, he clarified that they are characters from novels and series and not an exaltation of drug lords. “I didn’t put anyone real there, what I put were actors from novels. Now they want to make a movie because a photo appeared. In Bani there are dozens of posters in businesses with signs of anyone,” he pointed out.
The owner also flatly denied any links to illicit activities. “I have never sold drugs. The only thing I want is to work and open my business, which is a nightclub with drinks like any other. If the facade needs to be modified, we will do it, but they cannot prevent me from opening because I have all my permits,” he affirmed.
For now, the establishment remains on hold until the authorities clarify the situation, although the owner insists that there is no legal impediment to operate. “In the meantime, I am waiting to resolve with them, but the business is still standing,” he concluded.
