President Abinader and Minister Bonilla deliver 360 new homes in Ciudad Real San Luis, Santo Domingo Este

San Luis, Santo Domingo Este.– The President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, led this Saturday the delivery of 360 new apartments of the Mi Vivienda plan in the Ciudad Real San Luis project, along with the Minister of Housing and Buildings (MIVED), Carlos Bonilla. These units are added to the more than 20 thousand homes delivered by the Government through MIVED, as part of the commitment to guarantee access to a decent home for thousands of Dominican families.

With this delivery, 360 families become homeowners of safe, quality housing, designed in a suitable environment to improve their quality of life. During the event, Minister Carlos Bonilla highlighted the project’s impact: “The Ciudad Real San Luis Residential represents exactly what this Government set out to do from day one: that Dominican families live in their own homes, in safe, planned spaces, and with access to everything they need to thrive. This project is the result of a great joint effort between the public and private sectors. An investment of more than 843 million pesos that demonstrates that when we work together, the impact multiplies.”

The housing complex includes 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, designed with a living room, dining room, kitchen, balcony, laundry area, parking spaces, as well as children’s play areas and a gazebo for community activities. The joint investment exceeds RD$ 843 million, reflecting the strength of the public-private partnership in housing.
