“There is no church without mass”; Priest calls for integration into Catholic activities with faith and community participation

Santo Domingo.- During the celebration of Corpus Christi, priest Frankelly Rodríguez highlighted the significance of this solemnity for the Catholic community and explained the activities taking place throughout the day, in which priests and faithful from different parishes participate.

During his statements, Father Frankelly Rodríguez pointed out that the celebration of Corpus Christi constitutes a special date for Catholic believers, in which the union of the faith community and the active participation of parishioners in the religious activities scheduled for the day are promoted.

Rodríguez highlighted the importance of believers joining the celebrations and accompanying the various initiatives developed throughout the day, thus reaffirming the values of communion, faith, and religious commitment that characterize the Corpus Christi festivity, and that in the afternoon, a pilgrimage will take place, starting at 4:00 p.m. from Casa San Pablo.

The celebration brings together numerous parishioners who participate in the Eucharists, moments of prayer, and other liturgical acts organized by the Church, strengthening the sense of community and the experience of the Catholic faith.
