Three German tourists in delicate condition after accident on the East Tourist Boulevard

Punta Cana, D.R. – Three out of six German tourists were seriously injured on Friday night after the minibus they were traveling in was involved in an accident on the Boulevard Turístico del Este, in Verón–Punta Cana. According to Corporal Miguel Sánchez, a member of the Verón Fire Department, the incident occurred around 7:10 PM on the busy road. The other three passengers in the vehicle sustained minor injuries and are out of danger.

Emergency authorities immediately arrived at the scene to provide assistance and transport the injured to local health centers. So far, no details have been offered regarding the exact causes of the accident, but investigations remain open.
