Santo Domingo, RD-. The Association of Art Journalists (Acroarte) announced this Tuesday Nashla Bogaert, Juan Carlos Pichardo and Carlos Sánchez as presenters of the forty-first edition of the Soberano Awards 2026.
The announcement was made through the official accounts of the award on social media. These three figures of Dominican entertainment will join the official presenters of the gala, Georgina Duluc and Irving Alberti.
Nashla Bogaert, one of the most prominent figures in communication and cinema in the Dominican Republic, returns to the awards stage after having hosted the ceremony in 2018 alongside Roberto Ángel Salcedo. Her participation promises elegance and experience in hosting the gala.
For his part, Juan Carlos Pichardo, multiple winner of the Soberano and possessor of an admirable career, will be in charge of presenting categories. The news has generated enthusiasm among industry colleagues and internet users, who left hundreds of comments on the publication and even consider that he deserves to be the star presenter next year.
Finally, Dominican stand-up comedian and reference Carlos Sánchez, who has four nominations in this 2026 edition, was also confirmed as a presenter of categories, contributing his characteristic witty humor to the ceremony.
The Soberano Awards 2026 will be held on Wednesday, March 18th, starting at 7:00 PM. The broadcast will be on Color Visión (Channel 9) in the Dominican Republic, and through Univision and ViX for the United States.
